FOUND ANOTHER E30 IX MANUAL for sale need advice if i should buy it

i found a 1988 325ix manual 190xxx diamond schwarze front and rear headrests black interior , leather sport seats , ive never seen the car in person
guy wants 3000 should i do it
interior is great no rips or tears
its advertised with 197,000 hahahahahahahah last mileage was in 2008 , 289,000

In jest he is indicating common issues that plague the ix and by mind melding (Vulcan Style- which actually requires a hands on the forehead /temples to be accurate :) )
He has confirmed that these things mentioned will need attention.

It might be a good idea to confirm these issues do not in actuality do exist.
