Taking a look at a vert tomorrow

Hey guys, I figured I would ask for part of your infinite wisdom about a particular convertible I'm taking a look at with a friend tomorrow. This is the ad:

The reason I'm taking a look at it is well, it's cheap, and often 325i cars in Australia routinely go for over ten thousand dollars. The guy doesn't have such a great grasp on the English language, which is obvious from his correspondence.
In fact a couple of flags that I'm going to take a look at is the roof, he says it's a 'little broken'. Which would be pretty expensive to fix, correct? depending on what's wrong, but it seems to go up and down in the ad.
Another thing is he says the interior is really bad, and I know the interiors are convertible specific, so that could potentially be an expensive thing to fix.

Is there anything that your keen eyes can make out from the photo that would turn you on or off from the car?

    Thanks a million,

    Adam

Looks better than the one I just bought. For me it now comes down to the driving of it. Does it run well, shift well, make lost of suspension noise? all that gets expensive as well.

For that price in Australia...if the engine runs good, transmission shifts smoothly, and the suspension is fine, I would buy it in an instant.

That's an easy buy at that price if its anything close to USD. I would convert to top to manual and get a euro front bumper. Oh and manual swap.
I want a nice set of smoked MHW's (I know, get it line)

Thanks guys, looks like a good deal from the picture, but one always much be super conscious of a 'good deal'. Hopefully he's underselling it and really has to get rid of it.
I'll let you know how it goes, and hopefully I come away with a good deal.

Is it weird to be super nervous about going to see it?

Hoooly crap that's a hell of a deal. Like 4000 USD. For an Mtech 2 vert in blue. Congrats!
The first car I ever rode in was an e30
