    i pull mine in the garage, cover it with a car cover and sometimes remember to disconnect the battery. and i make sure its clean as can be. thats all i do.
    seems to work fine for my car. if its a damp place, maybe i would crack the windows a little to keep mold from growing in it.

      1) Either fill the tank w/fresh gas, or drain it
      2) Change the oil (duh)
      3) Put on blocks, or at the very least, increase the tire pressure to 45-50psi all around to prevent tires from flat-spotting
      4) Flush coolant - ensure a 50/50 mix especially since we're in freezable climates
      5) Block off the air filter intake (this is the anti-rodent issue)
      6) Make sure it's clean...
      7) Leave one or both of the windows opened a little to allow ventilation
