Where to get cheap Carfax or autocehck ?

I found http://www.autovin.de they sell carfax and autocheck reports for fishily cheap price 5$ pet report, payment method is paypal, but I'm not sure can I trust them or not.
Is anybody familiar with this site, can I trust ?
