    Getting a key

I'm thinking about getting an OEM uncut key for $13 shipped from Ebay. What do you guys think? Should i go to a dealer to get one... would it cost the same?

i think i got mine from the dealer for like $19, all depends on if you want to wait or not. I stil think $19 for a key is stupid.

yea, i just got a new key from dealer and it was 20 bucks or so. Here is a quick convo that i had with the parts guy when I picked it up:

Him: You allready paid for this right, when you ordered it?
Me: Yea, It was like $19.54 or somethin
Him: Are you sure? You dont want to pay again do you?
Me: No, 20 bucks for a key is pretty stupid to me
Him: Oh really? Check this bad boy out
-He showed me the catalog for the new cars keys
      Him: How about 175 here
Me: I think i'll go now, thanks

Be glad it is only 20 bucks, we could be paying for super high-dollar lighted chipped crazy flip keys.

The only downside is that if your old key is worn, chances are are your locks are too. My new key doesnt work in the drivers side door because the lock has worn so much. It works in everything else tho.
