She is a shady person, her son is selling multiple items that aren't mine as well so it leads me to think that she has done this before.

I was moving out, she changed locks at 10am on the 28th, i paid late fees that were charged to my account because she waited until after the 28th to credit my security deposit to the account. I paid 350 in late fees when the garage is only 260 a month. Then, i was given the lockbox combo, went in and my shit was ransacked. Took every new part i had, threw all my used shit on the floor like it was trash...

Lady denied taking parts until i called her from her sons friends phone when she replied "I effing dare you to take me to court!!!!" I have texts from her stating "Go to the office to pay your balance, and I will give you access." This was all said while she knew my parts where gone, I also gave the police improper info because the landlord said she didnt know who took the parts, must have been someone random was what she said. I have since changed my statement to reflect that she lied to me and that her son was the one who entered with a key.

Boils my blood that the lady raped me for rediculous late fees, when I paid 7 months upfront the first time i met the lady. On top of that, she took my money knowing that my parts where not going to be in the garage when i went to get them anyways. Now shes selling my parts for chump change on cl...

+1 she might be more reluctant to answer any of his calls if all shes getting is trash calls, and also might lean it towards harassment against him for posting info like that on these boards.....that being said. burying the kid and his mom definitely fits my idea of "justice" ;)

I'm kind of confused. Are all or most of your parts still in her son's possession? If he's got them listed on CL, can you share the links?

Hopefully you can prove to the police/courts that everything they have is yours with receipts and stuff. Stealing and then openly selling is such shameless bullshit, which deserves some "in your face" confrontation.
