    George, this is unacceptable. People don't want to hear that "I'll be back when the orders are fulfilled". This does NOT help people who have been waiting a year for their products nor does it make you look good. (Not to mention we already heard that excuse from you MONTHS ago).

    I think you need to start offering up refunds to anyone who'd like one.

    I agree, a response is a good sign. I appreciate it.

    Unfortunately this is the same thing George has been saying since April 2012. At this point we need more. We need options and/or dates.

    George, thanks for the update. I understand production difficulties and delays but this has gone on for too long.

    At this point we need a firm ship date or the ability to say "I'm out" and get refunded.

    FWIW... I ordered one of George's interior light dimmers in late November, and received it in late December. I also recall purchasing one of his temperature sensors sometime in 2010, and receiving it promptly.

    No one is questioning the quality of product.

    What is in question is the quality of communication, and a seller's responsibilities to his buyers almost a year after accepting payment and having blown through any reasonable delivery timeframe.
