Dude! I would have stood right there in the middle of road and called their ass.
They pretty much 'totaled' your e30, and for that, you must raise litigious hell.

I'd get ahold of les swab corporate office. In my experience corporate offices are much more willing to take care of the customers in this sort of situation. If there still assholes i'd get a lawyer involved.

I think i've seen your car around bellingham quite a few times (don't think there are many calypso e30's around) - It looks clean! Bummer to hear this happened.

Glad to hear your talking to a lawyer, hope it all works out!

Haha, in this situation, I'd probably find a shop to overcharge the shit out of Les Schwab. A place that will do it 100% correct, replace every damaged panel with brand new parts from germany, make the paint match perfectly, etc. To the OP, it's a good thing you're not letting them get away with this.

Well this, and they stopped the "Free Beef" promotion, so, it looks like your lawyer will be taking the beef to them.

just to protect others locally you might want to file it on better business bureau and rip off report.i use both bbb and rip off report and in most cases i will stay away from companies/products with bad reports or at least ill have a heads up what to watch for.

    good luck

Let us know how this turns out

I had a similar situation on my 97 Escort years ago. As soon as I noticed the slightest wobble/noise, I ppromptly pulled off the road and tightened the nuts which were almost completely off on one wheel. Since there was no damage and I was good friends with the mechanic who worked on the car, I let it slide.

Since then I'm the only one who works on my car, esp. when removing/installing my wheels.

Wow that's horrible. I would call the regional manager or someone higher up than the dipshit store manager. Or, since you've already got your lawyer involved, let him handle it. That's scary though, glad you made it out alright and the car has minimal damage.

We don't have Les Schwab around here so I had to google them. Funny that their slogan is "Doing the right thing since 1952" and they're not even trying to help you after they screwed up big time.
