Edit: six figures sounds a little excessive but if that's what it takes for these assclowns to realize that they need to accept responsibility for their actions and take care of their customers then so be it. Make these fucks pay.

I thought six figures was pretty outlandish, but from the stuff my lawyer sent me its pretty standard for this sort of thing. I'm not going to push for that, but if that's what it ends up being I'm not going to complain.
