Where your hands are on the wheel is subjective. I always remove one hand to shift gears and in my Scout i drive with one at 9 or 12 depending. It makes no difference where my hands start on the wheel of that thing cause the steering is so slow it looks like i am in a three-way girl fight just driving through a parking lot.

When i drive in a spirited manner or in risky situations (traffic) both hands are on the sides of the wheel or one on the shifter temporarily.

The Roads we were on was a somewhat of a closed area, that had been scouted before we did these shoots.

Normally i drive with both hands, but when IDGAF mood, ill do whatever i please.I really dont care if i get ejected threw the windshield, seatbelts to me should be the drivers choice.

2 hands on the wheel. What a riot!
2 hands on any wheel will not save you from an eminent crash.

I love how people hate under the "guise" of being concerned about your safety.

These people that are critical of hand positioning are not concerned a bit with your safety.

Ive been smacked in the front of my helmet on my sport bike by a large dove getting onto the freeway at about 40 -50 mph and the inertia nearly tore me off the bike but with ONE HAND I was able to grapple forward and maintain stability. Bird -0 Me -1 Took a healthy poop on my tank though.

I believe when your number is up your number is up. I for sure am not going to be granny driving with 2 hands on the wheel at 10 and 2 I can tell you that!

Its a great looking 5'er and the time and effort you have put into it to get it to that point should be and has been recognized!

Do you have a link to any of your photos of trains? I would love to see some! My grandfather worked on the rio Grande so I have a lot of respect for trains and the people involved.
