Value of AC Schnitzer E30 wheels?

A friend of mine is considering selling some NOS 15X7 AC Schnitzer Type 2 wheels he bought years ago (4X100, 25-26 offset). He can't remember the purchase price and is waffling about stating a value. Anyone have idea what a realistic price on a set of 4 wheels with lugs, locks, etc.I is? Still in original shipping boxes. I Googled these wheels but can't find a price. Thanks.

I'd say they are worth quite alot being brand new in box. Just need to find the right person.

I'm probably going to buy them for my 88 325is: just trying to get an idea of market value. He's suggested $1400 for the set of 4: that seems awfully high. I want to counter with a fair and realistic offer. Thanks for the information so far.

They definately aren't worth $1400. They are desirable to a select crowd only, and even then aren't generally worth that much.

          I wouldn't go over $800.

I am with J on this. 800 seems like a fair price for NIB ACS 15s.

Those are a 17" replica, but yes, that's what they look like, just smaller.

The 15s I would say is around $800 or so.

Original 16s is where its at ;)
