The price is pretty astronomical for an early model without a mileage. Also owner doesnt seem to know much. But it does look kinda clean

Well, to be honest his price is stupid. By the way his ad is written, he also sounds like a complete douche. Just based on the way the ad is written, i wouldn't even call this guy. 4k at the very most. Put it on a lift and check it over good for rust.

I find rust free cabrios down here in my neck of the woods for less than 2500 pretty frequently. Might be better to buy one down here and ship it up.

Could you tell me what engine type it is? Hows the mileage on the body?
I'm guessing m package and price potentially means it has an s50/52 swap?
This doesnt seem like any 88 model bmw as they had late model tails, is this part of the m package?
Furthermore would you be willing to trade for a mk4 golf on coilovers?

Uh oh. Good thing he's probably too ignorant to call you out on it. If you're gonna be a dick, you might as well make sure you're right; e30 convertibles had early model body styles until the 1991 production year, after 10/90.
