I tried looking for a police/crash report, searched the pictures for anything giving a clue as to what city in georgia and googled countless combinations of words trying to find the house but no luck...

Perhaps we can call some georgian municipality and ask if there's a report of a car hitting a house?

Chances are that house has gotten hit by a lot of cars and thats why that big-ass three ton boulder was in the front yard.

We had a house in my neighborhood growing up at the end of a T intersection and drunks would run the stop sign and drive straight in to the house all the time. They ended up having to erect a barrier wall in the front yard after about the ninth time getting hit.

OP gets some cred for being able to thread the needle and take out the bay window.
