7k seems fair maybe 8 if you fix your boost issue, if its rust free that helps a lot too

I would make it actually drivable ie:tune and turbo issues if any then enjoy the thing for awhile and go from there. I would rather buy a car thats been tested and works then a half finished turbo build as that can get scary. I like the car, keep it clean!

What you do to mount the e28 spoiler?

just need to brill new holes to mount thats it, note that it will stick out about 1/4" past your trunk lid cause e 28 spoiler is a bit wider than e30. The trade off is a couple of hundred bucks to get an e30 m-tech 1 spoiler.

if you drill the holes in the right spot, it will only stick out about 1/8" at the bottom and will barely be noticeable. you have to move them forward as much as possible. this makes the apex of the spoiler fit really tight to the rounded edge of the deck lid.

op: i love your car. not a fan of the stance though. the previous owner of my mtech 2 had it stanced even tighter to the ground than your car. he fucked the shit out of the fender lips just like this. i guess i will never understand this look. to me it is more of a travesty in relation to the damage done to the car.

i hope you get the turbo figured out. i also think you should keep it and love it as your own child.

I honestly wouldn't sell the car. With how much you have into it, you won't get close to what you want out of it. Even if you don't always have time for it, it just means it will come along a little slower, but entirely worth it in the end
