alrighty, these are 1st 2nd and 3rd gear pulls. its an 87 325is with 160k. go (strait) fast mods: 4.10lsd, jim c chip, k@n box filter
I figured since people are always asking about how chips and lsds perform, id show them.

sorry there so bumpy, its harder than u think to shoot these :) i shot a 1-2-3 run but it was so jerky u couldnt tell what was going on.

1. position the camera
2. Ductape. lots of it.

haha i like his style, but this was my brand new camera and i dont want stickyness all over it. also this was an impulse thing and i had no ducktape on me :)

I so badly want a 4.10 LSD. They are impossible to find over here in the UK though. I currently run a 3.91 LSD in my sport but I think the 4.10 would give it the edge!

Assumming your speedo is pretty accurate, it looked like 28mph in 1st, 50 in 2nd, and could not tell what speed in 3rd. No wonder this is a popular choice for autox since most don't got over 45-50mph. What is your top speed in 3rd and 4th?

My speedo is not accurate due to incorrect sized tires. What is approximate top speed for 1-4th at redline in a car with M20 and 3.73lsd?

5th ive been to 115, but im guessing it tops at about 130

those tops are all at 6900rpms, the chip really works with the 4.10 well.

and when i had my 3.73 and no chip my 4th toped above 130 (4th was mean as hell before the 4.10)
