Because it is ALL done with TIG. I cringe when I see the "hot-glue" work that a lot of people think is acceptable. I am interested to see how this turns out.

      Mind blowing

I can't even comprehend how much work that would be.

Seriously.. Those TIG welds are nothing short of beautiful..

Judging by his other work, I have no doubt this project will turn out looking good. May be out of proportions in some aspects, but the work will be incredibly well done

Pretty sure it's gonna look awful, they're already making most of the classic "custom car" mistakes: widebody, gaudy wheels, ugly headlights etc. It's certainly a wild idea, but it looks like another example of more money and skill than taste.

I really want to see the final product parked next to an E30 for comparison.

Not my cup of tea at all, but interesting none the less.

I like this project and I think i'll like it. I 'ave wondered how a wider e30 would have looked..

I'm sorry but that is really really ugly. Why mess up an M6 by doing that?

Truth. Just put an LS in it.. Then again, I'd like to see details. It looks like shit to me, but there might be some skill involved in the details. I'm a fan of skilled execution.
