Other than Kazaa to download free music?

Kazaa Lite has worked fine for me. It also has the largest community so you can find really rare songs that just can't be found on other servers.

Kazaa Lite has been having problems with connecting for me. I heard that Kazaa got shut down, correct me if I'm wrong. Kazaa Lite stopped DL'ing for me three days ago. Anyone else getting the same problem?

I use Kazaa Lite and have no prblems with it. Plus I use PeerGuardian for extra protection. I also do not share any files and run a firewall with Norton Antivirus. Have no problems what so ever. :) And I don't have to pay.

I use a program by the name of bit-torrent. One of the best file sharing programs out there. You can't use the program for searching for files, but its not kazaa and it isn't being attacked by the RIAA, yet.

For the program to work, you have to go to a website that lists the "torrent" files (aka seeds) as links. You click a link on their site and it opens a bit torrent file window. It will take a while for your speeds to go up, as for the program is based on how much speed you share what you have of the file to others who are trying to download the file themselves.

^ the sites, both the same just different URL's that list the files. You may have to refresh the page because it has a huge ass list of mirrors that are selected automatically. There is a lot of crap on that site, games, programs, music (full albums), movies, tv show episodes, and a whole lot more.
