    Clutchnet issue

I bought a pressure plate and disk from them on the 3rd of this month 6/3. I have yet to get any updates or get past the auto voicemail. No ringing etc this is what makes me worried. Before I bought the items the company called and answered back same day. And it was always the same guy on the phone as is the voice on their machine.

Who has bought from them? I am at the point now of covering my ass and requesting Paypal to refund it.

I was a dealer for them for a good 8 years until similar issues happened on a regular basis. They make a good product though. It's not a matter of if but a matter of when they'll get back with you (meaning they're going to take care of you, even if its not a time-expedient thing).

Ok, so I can take a sigh of relief? I just do not have the money to buy another clutch setup. Is there any chance you can touch base with them Steve?

This is what freaked me out:

        1. Same guy always answers(but he knows his shit)
        2. Same guy is the voice mail lol
        3. When they needed my money they called me two days in a row. Answered the phone and responded to my emails.

        4. Now they do not respond to ANY calls or email.

So my thoughts are that they must be a small company? Not tiny, more of a custom performance shop. You wait for your goodies in good time?

I just want a peace of mind is all, it was not a shit ton of money but it was not cheap at all.

Small or not they should at least update you. A PayPal claim will usually get somebody's attention!

Got an email response, said there was a wait for my setup parts. Guess it ships this Tuesday. All is well I believe now, but I wish they would respond and answer their phone calls. I will only be happy once I have product in hand. I know their stuff is amazing, and I am not in a rush. Was just worried is all.

Their last message to me was on 6/21, I sent a message on 6/26. STILL NOTHING back. I made my order on the 3rd of LAST MONTH. Still nothing from UPS, still no answer anytime I call them. No email response other than hang in there we did not have your stuff laying around...and no tracking #? They said it would be going out Tuesday when they sent that email on the 21st. That means they shipped it on the 25th...SAID they would.

Here it is the 10th in 10 minutes, that is three weeks...I think it is time to file a dispute.

                  Me:
                  6/26
                  To: sales@clutchnet.com

Will I receive a tracking number? And thanks

                  Sincerely, Brandon

Talk about poor customer service. At this point a dispute is definitely reasonable. Over a month with no parts and hardly any explanation/contact from them? Good luck with this.

You could also see if any CA folk would pay them a visit on your behalf. At this point why not

Would love it if a local can see if there is something wrong going on there. I can understand a small company. But this is crazy, I cannot believe I have been having this much issues.

If I ever get my stuff...I still will not be happy with how they handled this. Worst customer service.

With small companies you never know; could be having issues or maybe not.
To be so quick to take your money and then give you shit service after that is wrong, and pretty sketchy at that.

Luckily I've never had this sorts experience, but now I know to stay away from Clutchnet

I opened a dispute, I am sick of their shitty customer service. When they wanted my money THEY CALLED ME over 4 times. After that I have been unable to reach them.
I called for the last week and NOTHING, I left a message telling them to ship my stuff. Honestly, DO NOT DEAL with clutchnet, do not care if they make a good product. You will never get it or know if they will ever be sending your items. They can chime in if they want, but I will rip them a new one. Product and CService go hand in hand. It is 2013, answer your phone already.

The paypal dispute got them to call me 5 days after opening the case. Guess they are having wearhouse issues and things are not going well? Anyways, guess the pressure plate was the wrong one and they had to resolve the issue? Not sure what the reason is behind not responding to me or calling me to let me know.

Said it will ship in three days WITH tracking. So we will see.
