    Lets talk about our Differentials.....

I currently have a 4.1 LSD in my 325is. Some may say its a little too much.... but for the amount of power the m20 puts out, i think its the perfect mod. What about you guys?

Mine is super overkill, but I like it.

3.73 LSD in my Eta. Mmmmm.... Acceleration

Cruising is not fun on the highway, but I hardly ever have to go cruising! ;)

Have a 2.93 LSD I might put in, otherwise I am going to sell after a minr rebuild.

I run a 3.91 in my 325i Sport, I'd love the 4.10 but can't get them here in the UK

I got in my 325is , 3.73 LSD, I changed it for one used unit (stoarge in my shopp) 3.91LSD
I didn't notice much difference after the change, just a bit more torque when you start the run...a bit more torquery

                        I have a 3.73LS.

                        I'd like to get a 4.10 or a 3.91LS, considering I don't drive over 70mph much.

heh, with my old exhaust I preferred the 4.10:1, but with the new one (louder over ~2400rpm) I like the 3.73:1 better. Top speed with the 4.10 was 137, 3.73 is 151. Most of the places I go to I just cruise keeping the engine turning slowly, but it gets its fair share of redline rips. I'd have to say it felt a lot quicker through the gears with the 4.10, but first is far too short IMO. 3.73 takes my vote :P oh yeah, LS of course. The only reason we want such short gearing is because our little 80s motors don't put out any decent power throughout the whole band, with the exception of a few FI ones

I wanted to go 4.10, but it'd change up my class for Autocross. :(

So unless I'm removing my chip (no way), looks like my gearing stays stock. But if I choose to, it will be the 4.10LS.
