It could be worth $350 if you're under no illusions about how much work, time and money will be involved to get it to a reliable condition.

That looks like a complete rebuild, pull the engine & tranny, pull the interior, metric assload of body work, etc. You must be young and full of energy

LOL..I'm 34, wife, 2 small kids, knowledgeable and a great manager of my time. I've done engine rebuilds, have never done a trans...until I redid my G260 a few weeks ago.

I do have 3 friends (including the soon to be owner of this vert) that have helped me in the past and im sure they wont let me down this time either.

Update...I called the guy yesterday (Wed) at lunch and he had the car sent to the recyclers...ah well
