Worth of a '90 s50 325is SALVAGE?

My car has a salvage title. PO had rear ended someone before I bought it. Had it checked and it was all cosmetic (hood, grills, fenders and bumper). I knew I was keeping this car for a while so I didn't mind. Then again, I also got it for fairly cheap. I'd be much more hesitant to purchase an E30 with a salvage title with an asking price of $5k+.

That seems like a high price a salvage title 250k mile 90 325 is probably only worth $800 and a s50 is only worth about $2000.
