I remember the day when I got to move out of our Uhaul garage and into a store front. Same situation. Small small off the road shop with a big garage. You'll do great. The best part about having cheap overhead is you can price cut all the mofo's around you and still make rent.

Davis Distributing saved my life. Try to find them. I think to you, they are 3 day turn around. But they sell everything under the sun. Minimal markup and no minimum order. Mmmmhmmm.....
