We do not have flow bench numbers nor do we have dyno numbers yet. We have baseline (before) numbers from our M20B25 swapped 325eS. When we have time we will be building and installing one of our heads on to this engine and getting some comparison numbers. I have gone over this a few times in the cylinder head thread now.

We are offering a performance cylinder head at a very affordable price with an excellent attention to detail. VAC is also offering a port/polish head... Their cylinder head is $2600 BEFORE core charge and shipping. They also take up to 6 months to build them. Not everyone is willing to pay their $700 core charge nor are they able to have no cylinder head on their car for up to 6 months. We offer our performance head at $1395 SHIPPED with NO core required. Our time frame to build a head is 3-4 weeks. Even adding performance valve springs to our head (to make is equipped the same as the VAC stg3 head) you're still saving anywhere from $1000 to $1700 off of their price.

We are not getting rich from this business. We're simply one of the few still willing to offer quality products for the E30 chassis at very reasonable prices. After 10 years in the E30 community I would never back a product or company personally if I did not believe in it 100%.

            Thank you,
            Matt

Any shot at getting a 731 head for a 327i conversion?

We have one 731 head but I'll have to check on its condition. Assuming you don't have a core?

No core, but to be honest don't even have the car yet until mid-October. Would be looking to buy relatively soon thereafter though.

I suppose you wouldn't want a 200 head as a core, although its relatively close.

We can work a 200 casting head over to be better than the 731. We did this on our E30 pickup. Full rebuilt Eta engine and 200 casting head. Head was ported and polished to match i gaskets and fitted with i valves. Also of course has HD rockers and a 274 cam. It made 162whp and 158wtq and this was before we replaced the plug wires and crank sensor which it was in desperate need of so the power may actually be higher.

MMMM sounds tasty. I suspect with all the maintenance done on my new eta, itd be a bit higher in terms of power by a couple lb ft / hp.

Interesting to hear though the eta head might be better off in the first place. Any idea on pricing for that type of setup? Also, I've never done anything that requires a core charge, would it be possible to send the replaced in head after the swap?

What type of chip/engine management were you running?
