Anybody else have problems with GetBMWparts?

I ordered and paid for $300 worth of shit from them and only received half of it. All parts to install my mtech 1 rear apron. Car is at body shop were items were sent to and I take my car there and the manager hands me this tiny box from them that says 1 of 1 and I instantly new there was a problem. The rear euro bumper strip alone wouldn't fit in there. Then you call them and they tell you they can't help you, you have to send them and email which I'm patiently waiting a response on. Ffffffffffffff! I knew I should've went with blunttech.

All I know is they take FOREVER to ship items out. I bought a set of E82 floor mats that were marked as "In Stock" but took 3 weeks for them to ship it out and they couldn't even email me about it.

Did you at least get them though? Lol. I really hope they can get this squared out for me. They seemed good to deal with this till now. A rep from them called me on a late Friday afternoon a while back to let me know everything was about to ship and needed my new credit card # since my other one had expired since it took so long to get "everything" from Germany. I could barely understand one of the guys. And there was a bunch of laughing and yelling in the back ground. Happy it was Friday I guess. Well in there hurry to get all the orders out on Friday I can only assume that they skipped half of my items and sent it out without thoroughly checking off the items. I'm missing the rear mtech 1 molding, end piece, 20 mtech 1 fasteners, 20 mtech 1 nuts, and an mtechnic label. All of which say sent on the Internet, and the packing slip attached to the tiny box sent by them. You couldnt fit it all in the box they sent so I took pictures of all the content, the employee # that pulled the items and the relative size of the box which was as big as a foot and as wide as a hand.

Check your order status on their website. A few months ago, I tried to order E30 floormats, which were still listed as available on their site. Turns out they didn't have them, so they just charged/shipped me the other parts from my order that they did have.

Ok good idea. If they don't send me an email by noon eastern ill do that. I emailed the parts manager that's on the forum as well as emailed them from their site.

To be fair not devils advocate to tischer but Mtech 1 hardware, trim pieces and parts, are either on backorder, are NLA or will require 2-4 weeks lead-time to get from Germany.

I ordered all this back in May. They said that it all arrived and sent all but one piece. But half of the order is missing.

What happened to you, happened to me re: mtech 1 rear pass side end cap trim...ordered from BavAuto, waited 3 months, nothing. In the meantime I found a used one on ebay UK and bought it so I can run the kit. After another 2 weeks I got a letter from BavAuto with a credit receipt that the part is NLA and at the time of ordering it was not, an apology and my refund.

These guys said it was sent though that's what's got me worked up. This whole waiting for an email response is bullshit.

Truth. Get someone on the phone, and keep working your way up the ladder until you get someone on the line who can actually help. Don't hang up or accept a callback offer until you are satisfied that you've gotten to the bottom of what's going on.

I'm happy to be lenient and patient with a company/seller as long as I know what's going on. Keeping someone guessing as to the order status or whereabouts of hundreds of dollars worth of parts is unacceptable.

Who did you talk to? I've ordered a ton of times from them. Only once did I have a shipping problem and Evan was quick to take care of me.
