My dad has a cutoff on his Chevelle that allows him to unhook the battery so it isnt drained by whatever in the car might still be draining it.
Now, of course, with the DME, alarm, and radio mine has more to drain it but also more to be affected by unhooking it. My concern is running no alarm and losing all the settings (including the DME tuning) by unhooking it
Currently I drive it a few minutes every couple weeks to make sure its charged up.
Anyone know of a way to minimize the risk of a dead battery but still keep all those things alive so I dont have to reprogram everything when I wanna take the E30 out?
