Think I can save this E30?

Considering buying this E30 because it's in good condition with low miles and close to home. Yet, it has terrible chrome accents, a paint job I'm not crazy about, wheels I hate, and correct me if I'm wrong, a strange body kit on it?

What do we think? Worth offering 4k for?

$1500 and not a penny more.

It's an early 318 with terrible mods. Guy is on crack.

Buy it, get rid of purple tint and chrome arch accents. Lower it. Put some legit wheels on it and rock it. It does look clean, but I would have a hard time paying $4k for an m10 e30 that looks like that.

True. It's become surprisingly difficult to find a decent E30 in Florida >.<

Plus, figure in how much it will cost you to fix this car and make it into a true $6k e30.

I've been actively searching for an 88-91 for quite some time. I've found about 2 or 3 good ones worth buying but they were gone within a day or 2. It's to the point where I check forums and craigslist 2-3 times a day to find them first. I'm gonna keep searching!

I was looking at that one too but he's updated it and said he decided not to sell :( Maybe I'll shoot him an offer anyway
