Very few banks are going to give a car loan on a car over 10yrs... He needs to get a open line of credit not a car loan in all likelihood. Try to get a good mix of recent sales off ebay and the like..... you might even be able to throw some m3 in their as the bank may not catch the difference.... He is going to need to get an agreed value from his insurer as the bank is going to want to guarantee the lien in case of an accident.....

I purchased my 91 vert auto 81k miles with some scratches chips no dings rust great soft top for $4k this month,,,, the interior is nowhere as nice as yours however, prob not a great comparable but these are the cars the bank is going to be looking at along with blackbook values...Last edited by naplesE30; 08-21-2013, 04:55 PM. -
