I'd like a Touring, I'd even pay, but I figure an RHD in LHD land moves the decimal point one place to the left.
    Just not worth it.
FWIW,my insurance company wanted to be re-assured that my Serbian E30 wasn't RHD, so maybe they've noticed that RHD in LHD land is Not Smart.

it can be, but if you find one thats an 88 you dont have to worry about storing it. just shipping. also if it was cheap every guy that wanted a wagon would be doing it and they wouldnt be as special.

I've been eyeing an E34 touring for that reason. I miss having a truck and I feel like that would be a good compromise.
I enjoy my E34 Touring quite a bit, its a fantastic roadtrip car and is amazingly comfortable and modern considering how old it is. The Dual sunroof (while a PITA if it breaks) is awesome

I get quite a few comments, all e30 folks tend to stop me and ask about it, I've had regular people talk about it as well.

It is also stupid practical, I haul stuff in it quite a bit

Oh wow, you just squeaked in. How do you like it? Does it get noticed in your area or is it just another station wagon?
