So a lady i know has an 93 325i 5 speed for sale..the body is ok but was wrecked and fixed w.o having a salvage title..the body has 350k but the motor was replaced and now has about 125k..its the m50 motor in pretty good shape..its been sitting for a yeat and i went and put a battery in it and it fired right up..tranny shifts like butter and motor pulls strong..she only wants 450 cash and its mine,interior isnt the best and ac doesnt work but has great tires and the motor was pretty clean for sitting a while

Problem is that it was wrecked and the body has so many miles so there cld b some unseen problems..just wondering what u guys think..im thinking wld b a great oppurtunity for a swap into the e30

The m50 alone is worth more than $450.00 take the motor and part out the rest of it. I say go for it!!!

I was just going to respond with the sam thing...but I figured someone else would have caught it so I decided to read the whole thread before responding.

I thought only the vert was made past 91 here in the US, is this not correct or did we have a 93 325i sedan here in the US?

Maybe OPs car is an E36?
