What's my E30 worth?

1988 325i vert 5 spd around 170k miles. its bagged and fully adjustable.
16 inch ESM wheels. Needs a new top very little rust in the trunk near taillights. Straight piped no exhaust.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the paint is not the greatest. It needs a paint job badly. It looks like crap but runs WAY! better than my E46 ever has.

It is low because there is no exhaust, paint is bad and there is rust. If he repainted it and put an exhaust on, then perhaps $4k.
