I have a 3 week old daughter. At the hospital they use bows just like pictured in the auction. When we asked them what to use to keep the bow on in case we wanted to do the same at home(by the way, we haven't), the answer was somewhat surprising, but made perfect sense - KY. A minute dad of that stuff will dry quickly and hold the bow in place. No harmful side effects etc.... Due to being able to use something so inexpensive and readily available, I wouldn't buy that ebay product.
