Got mine today. It was an envelope with a letter saying they didn't have time to buy a gift (because he was packing for a trip to Tahoe) and $15 inside.

People that fail to send a gift out need to stop signing up. It is simple to take a bit of time and mail out a small gift. It was under 30 and over 15.00. I don;t see how hard that is.
