They really have some cool cars instock though. Over priced but still great. They have an e36 m3 lightweight with 99 miles for 95k. LOL

Real BMW, or BMW North America?
Oh, and what kind of series 2 car has an MT1 kit? Cocaine is hell of a drug.Last edited by Hooffenstein HD; 11-04-2013, 07:39 PM.

The typical run of the mill 4-door 1990 318i will struggle to hit 10k. However, a stock 1989 325iS or 1991 318iS might no problem and could go for upwards of 20k within the next coming years.
If you're talking 20 years from now, yes e30s will more than likely shoot up to 2002 status, but for the soon future, they'll most likely stabilize around 6-7k like they are now and gradually rise from there
My don't quote me list:

Iirc, your 318is doesn't have euro bumpers or an M-tech kit, do you consider that a "true" is? Somehow cosmetic changes, in this case to comply with D.O.T. regulations and allow for the vehicle to be imported make the factory designation of the vehicle moot? I guess I'm just wondering what makes a US import early model with the sport package any less of an is model than a plastic bumper car, or a euro model. Educate me.
Well, it does have "euro" plastic bumpers and side markers but we're talking about 325iS here. Proper late model 325iS came with M Tech 2 kits.

They use their website to drive the market prices up across the board. I'm sure they will also occasionally post up ridiculously priced ebay auctions as well. So Joe avg rich guy is shopping online, and he sees their site, probably an auto trader or cars.com ad, an ebay ad, and all of them are crazy expensive for similar cherry-picked models. So he's thinking he's buying a valuable collector car, gets lazy in his research, and gets screwed.
The only positive thing that I can say is that this kind of thing tends to drive up the market on the targeted cars (check out the e30 M3, e39 M5 and z3 M coupe prices these days) so for the rest of us, it can be helpful if you're trying to sell your car. So maybe between EAG and some others the value on e30s will start creeping up.
