This is definitely shot to the top of the charts in the fucked up things you'll hear in the news this year. 11 year old girl abducted by a guy who a recored longer than God knows what. They found her body last night (thursday) I believe. He is in custody, they have the abduction on tape as well so they have the evidence. Not that it will matter some stupid liberal democratic waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles will step to the plate for him and have him walking the streets again in 10 years. This guy should get the chair, or worse. But then again I think lots of people should get the chair. But this guy without a doubt needs to be sent to hell a little bit faster than was originally planned. What a piece of shit. :evil:

This is all just so hard to see all over again. I lived in Petaluma, CA when Polly Klass was murdered, my little brother was friends with her. Then I watched the news live as they discovered the bodies of Miranda Gaddis and Ashley Pond here in Oregon. I hope that this sick fuck gets what he deserves. Even if he gets sent to prison, he'll get killed there anyway, screw the death penalty. I have an 11 yr old girl in the 6th grade. I can definitely relate to the factor of fear with parents. It is rather difficult for kids to understand the big picture of what can happen to them. You can explain all you can to them, but in the end, they just don't have the life experience to understand the real world.
My biggest problem with this situation is that this guy's record is full of a very wide range of problems with being a lawful and productive citizen. Why are our courts letting people similar to this back into society? I am growing more and more tired of the idea everyone needs to feel compassion toward all of these people with these supposed illnesses/problems. How many more innocent people will have to be brutally murdered by lawless psychopaths before they are locked up for good. Should this individual face the death penalty? Well, I'd gladly donate my time to tie a noose. However, I think people of this caliber shouldn't be put to death. They should be placed in hard labor camps. If they can't be productive in society, make them productive on the inside.
Spare me any liberalist ideas which will probably follow. I don't buy them as they are one of the reasons things like this happen. I know that nothing will bring this little girl back; but, a very stern message should be sent to everyone contemplating such an act and to those who allow these types of people to stay in society. If this girl would have been my daughter, the last judge who set this guy free would already be featured on the obituary page.Don't forget the good things Hitler did.Comment
