    Firewall harness cover help!!!

I recently bought the pieces to cover the harness on the firewall in the engine bay to clean it up a bit. I have installed the 2 long pieces without much problem. The last piece that goes on the passenger side, there is wires in the way...Do I notch out the last plastic piece for them? Its the wires outlined in RED. The wire comes out and spits off to a ground, the distributor and a O2 sensor.

I think some people relocate the strut tower ground to the underside of the battery tray. Cleans things up a bit. Then just do what you need to make the other cable fit.
