Convertible guys can you check something for me?

I put on a new top and the top now does not meet the windows or the front where the convertible latches to the front window. I used the 2 allen screws inside to adjust. But now the front latches and I'm almost seeing daylight in the back where the top meets the trunk.
Can you tell me if this bar inside your car angle up or down or is it straight?

Not sure which way I'm supposed to be going because the new top is getting really tight. Not sure if that is how its supposed to be because when I got the car there was a extremely ragged old vinyl top being held on with tape.

i think you suppose to adjust the top by the shimes.

Is this a brand new top or a used top/frame? There are shims where the frame meets the chassis and it all can be adjusted slightly.

This is a brand new top that worked perfect before with the loin cloth and duck tape thing that was on their before

I would say start at top frame adjustments first but after that you might need to adjust windows to fit.
