A clean non-swapped e30 will go for $3-4000, so a swapped one in rough shape is worth $4-5000 I'd say.
E30 prices are about double what e36 prices are. They are much more valuable to enthusiasts. E30s are project/fun cars, e36s and daily drivers.Comment

I figured pretty much any swap will add $1000+ or so to the price of any car, depending on the engine and parts used. Like agent said, you can't do the swap on your own for less than $2k, so...Comment

Thats not a bad deal for 1500-2500.
It does have the dual diaphragm 7 series booster and master which is a nice upgrade.
Swapping the lock cylinders is easy just time consuming. The bad news is that on a sedan you need to remove the glass or have small hands a be a contortionist to get them I'm and out.
I have the same car (91 318i) and I'm preparing for a swap so it's good to get one with it already done.sigpicComment
