There's another Chinese automaker called "China Geely" that just came out with a car that looks EXACTLY like a new Mercedes. The front end is spot on, but the rest of it looks like a Hyundai.

There is a reason. The Hyundai that looked like a merc was actually running merc hardware up front. If you pulled the grille it was a mercedes part number. They basically sold their old parts and molds to those companies to make a little extra green.

Those cars are HORRIBLE. Nothing like what came out of Korea. The one Chinese car to make it into a western market dropped in europe last year. It got a 0 star NCAP rating, despite the NCAP being easy to get 4-5 stars. Even SovBlock cars get 4 stars. Fucking Trabants.
