Been browsing CL for a while but no one wants to rent to someone who is doing work on a car. Looking for somewhere with electric, a lock, and enough space for some tools, parts and an e28. Anyone out there can hook a brother up?

Any thoughts on getting together with a group rent of a warehouse in the NNJ area? If a bunch of people chip in we can get a heated, large space for very cheap individually!
