First of all that ain't burgundy. Second of all that piece is on the grill of the suspect car, how the hell did the grill or even the bumper get so low to hit you at the level of the fog lights? Also you are hit on the passenger side which faces the curb, how the hell did that car hit you on the passenger side unless if you were parked in the opposite direction on the street. This dont make sense homez.-----------------------------------

E30 looks like it's stock height. T-bird may have slammed on the brakes and had the nose dive a bunch, cutting under the E30.
