    Simple Touring Question

    Hey guys I have one simple question that I any seem to figure out. Where was the e30 touring imported by BMW? What country's besides Germany and the UK could you go buy a e30 touring off the lot without having to import it to we're you live!

            The onces in Canada are imports cause of the 15 year law there though? Imports as in you or me brought it over.

              The touring was a special order item in Canada if you wanted one, they were not in any showrooms.

                hmm good to know, thanks for all responds guys I'm really considering buying a touring, i just have a feeling all the ones in Germany are going to be rusted from the salt. Trying to figure out the best locations too look.

                      Really? I've never heard about this... anything to back this up?

                      I was under the impression that E30 Tourings were not available new in Canada, and never saw any until the 15 year import rule.

                        I have no proof, just the word of a couple owners of tourings whom have told me they purchased their tourings from a dealership. It was a special order since it was not in the showroom but a regular production vehicle.

                        I chose to believe them as this wasn't the most impressive fact one could fabricate, but if this is indeed false I will delete my comments to prevent the spread of incorrect information.

                            Damn, ya looking for left hand drive. I have majority of my relatives in Germany (I'm second generation in US) might be worth going to Germany after all.
