    New here to R3vLimited

hey guys! im new here. i dont have an e30 yet.lol but i am selling my e36 for 6k and am looking around for an e30. and have questions that i couldnt find via google. soooo i thought id go ahead and sign up ahead of time :o this is what im looking at

i dont live in michigan so itd be a bit of a drive but i couldnt find anything nice in indy. so i will have 5k to mess with. car already has some mods. thinking about spending the rest on bc coils and esm-009 wheels. so heres my question. can you have a 17x10 et15 square set up on the e30?

i cant wait to join the e30 fam. my e36 is my baby but someone offered me 6k and backed out on me but 6k is way more than i ever expected so i put it up for sale. hate to see her go but 6k is a lot of money for me.lol its not sold yet though so lmk if anyone is interested ;D

Welcome.. If you have to travel to find something decent and you have 5-6k to spend why not travel south for less rust? or spend 4-5k and ship something for 1k. I live in the rust belt too and Im sick of messing with these piles. Ill always go out of state if possible
      17x10??? no

well i didnt want to spend a lot on the car because i wanted to spend the rest on coils and a nice set of wheels. and well i know they wont just bolt up without having to do anything. i know ill have to do some rolling and probably some pulling. ill pull the fenders to make em fit but will they hit the struts at all?

Offset is everything in wheel fitment.

17x10 in the front is a no go without.........work.

thats the thing man ill do the work i just dont know if it would be worth it or not? and yeah offset is everything! i have 17x8.5 et13 on my e36 and they are perfect. i just saw a good deal on some 17x10 et15's. but if its too much or if itll look stupid then i wont do it.lol i saw these same wheels in 17x8.5 et20 too, so are those the better bet then? seems like too high of an offset

17x8.5 et20 will already need rolled fenders.. 17x10 is just ridiculous.

i put the link to the wheels up. but alright man thanks. i just have no idea how wheels fit on the e30. like i said, im an e36 guy. ive seen 17x10's on the rears but i guess it would poke ridiculously on the front. ill just throw some spacers on the 8.5's

Rivet on flares would get them to fit them in the front.
