Is this my rocker panel???

looking for a replacement rocker panel do to rust. I was looking on realoem for a part number on a rocker panel but cant tell from the diagram if its the right part.

Yes, that appears to be the inner and outter rocker.

So would #4 be the outer and #2 be the inner?

Correct. Keep in mind the rear section of visible rocker is actually part of the rear fender panel. #4 only goes back to the back edge of the door and then is behind the rear fender panel. This diagram explains more:

That's okay since I'm ordering a new quarter panel to I'm just trying to find the rocker as the cancer spread from the quarter panel to rocker:(
