3.5 second exposure, f/8, iso100, second curtain sync bounce flash off of the ceiling, 8mm fisheye lens, kleenex flash diffuser, cheap video camera tripod dad bought in the late 80's, post processing.

and here's a shot of my equipment


Canon 350d, Canon battery grip, Canon 50mm f/1.8ii, Canon 580ex flash and said cheap video camera tripod from the late 80s.

Not pictured: canon 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 and peleng 8mm f/3.5 fisheye lens.
Worth every single penny.

I'm leaning toward the first image because you can see my face a bit better. i might do a little bit of burning to rid of the washed out colors on my face. i really like the colors of the second, but the face just leaves a little too much mystery to the viewer.

Yeah you edited out the thing dangling from your rear view mirror and you got rid of the mineral water bottle :D

dude, im gonna be honest, that picture is not nearly as good, the roof is all fucked up, parts are too distorted. the 2nd picture was much, much better.

I think TJ and you should have a photo face-off - pick one thing, like say, one of the board cars, and take pics of it, and see who comes out with better renditions. It'd be close, IMO.
