Looking at 91 318i

I had a 85 325e auto that i've sold.
so I don't know alot about the m42
This 318i is clean paint and interior and has wheels tires have tread. everything seems pretty good the only real problem I saw was reclining the drivers seat it falls all the way back. Whatev easy fix

the main thing is the motor has 303k on it. pulled strong and the tranny feels tight suspension and steering actually felt like my girlfriends 08 miata! Other than a compression test anything I should look for?

Despite the clean paint, check for rust.

I don't think you'd be risking too much with a 1800 dollar price tag though.

Dude, just buy it. I got my 247k 318iS for that price on this side of the state, 3 years ago.
