    tranny swap quick question

Im doin my tranny swap and have my list of parts i need to get...I already have most of the parts from a donor 325is (like pedal box, tranny, support bracket blah blah), I just need to ask what should I replace new?

    I already have:

ssk and all little tid bits related
    knob
    clutch kit-
    -pressure plate
    -clutch disc
    -throwout bearing
    -clutch alignment tool
    -pilot bearing
    -assembly grease
    new exhaust gaskets
    new pivot pin
    new master cylinder
    new tranny mounts

    anything else?

I need these answered quickly. Thats why I posted here instead of the Transmission forum.

Sounds like a decent list. I'd add a slave cylinder to it, and any seals you plan on replacing (believe you me, I regret not doing my rear main...which you also need a gasket for). Oh, and I replaced all bolts with new ones - especially do the flywheel and pressure plate ones.

Not a bad idea to change the tranny fluid either.

            Rear main seal on engine,

Front input shaft seal, rear output shaft seal and shift shaft seal for the
            transmission.

You also might want to get a new nut lock plate for when you take the
ouput shaft yoke off to replace the output shaft seal.

Also not a bad idea to replace the rubber clutch line from the firewall junction
            to the slave cyl.
