Fuel Injector Question.... How to test

I have the fuel injection rail out and on top of the Valve cover. Ive been told before that by turnin the motor over with them out you can look to see if they spray. Is this the case? Will the injectors not come free do to pressure in the system? Thanx in advance guys.

just dont point them torward you....or open flame or anything...

Thanx man this helps. But I wont be able to see if they spray if they fall / fly out. Anybody else?

Take the injector to a shop and have them flow-test it for you?

Its the wire's im worried about..... The injectors are all fine.
