    Trunk roundel?

Is there a difference between the e30 nonM and e30m3 trunk roundel???

Does the e30 share the trunk roundel with any other model BMW???

    Thanks guys

Umm, i think all bmw's share the same roundles.

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

The hook and trunk emblems are the same for the e36 and later cars...
the e30 car is the only one which had a bigger trunk emblem.. as for M e30 cars. i'm not sure. I'm sure you can find a good picture of a trunk emblem on an M3 and tell by inspection

I would assume not since the non-M trunk has a slight curve while the M trunk is flat where the roundel goes.

the part number for the nonM e30 is different but when looking for a custom badge my options only appear to be 72mm or 82mm... so i was looking for a lil clarification

yep, they are different. when i had my e30 way back in 2000, i got new ones from BMP. car is long gone, but i still have the origional trunk roundel. even in its lack of paint glory. ill never get rid of it!

so basically im SOL because no one is going to wank to make just 2 sets of CF roundels if they will only fit on a 15+ year old car....

exactily... im not looking for those stupid stickers you put on the roundels... i want real CF inlayed into a stock roundel... there are a couple people that do this but they dont make them for the non m e30... so i was hoping that there is a roundel off a newer BMW that would fit the e30 trunk... but it seems to not be the case

after all i went through to get cf body panels im not gonna scrimp and get knockoff roundels

are you actually going to bring your car out sometime this summer Chris? ;)
It'd be great to see it in its current state...

Can you send the companies your own emblems?

Let me save you the trouble. I literally PEELED the net page by page looking for a genuine CF trunk roundel for the non-M e30.

                              Zero hits.
