Alright I want to get to the bottom of this

I have an 88 with that "double" chrome trim ;]

which is funny because my car has the black inner chrome outer trim, what month was yours built in?

How is there no VIN anywhere? Doorjambs, dashboard, body panels? Pop the hood and look under the passenger side windshield wiper. there should be a number stamped on the firewall just below the wiper.

Who cares man, just get a stronger engine...it's a nice looking e30!!
But, still think there is gotta be at lest 2 or 3 places where to find the number, get to it ;-)

I have seen a lot of 88 and 89 with full chrome. I think they stop the chrome starting 1990.

Yeah I deffinatly doing a m50 swap after summer. I also just got car back from the engine being rebuilt I got a performance cam now it shakes during idle haha
