hi,does anybody has a diy or a video on how to replace front windshiel on e30?

replacing front windshield

Its fairly easy but a lock strip tool makes the install easier.

1. Pop out the lock strip cover that should be located between the Ir intake vents.
2. Pry up the lock strip slowly so you don't bend/break it
3. With the lock strip out you can push on the windshields corner to slowly work it out of the seal.
4. Install is the reverse, use some dish soap to make things slid in a bit easier. The lock strip tool helps poop the lock strip back in but can be done with some flat head screw drivers.
